You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to create an account and use pos4wd. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be permanently closed and balances forfeited in line with applicable regulations.
Each player may hold exactly one active account on pos4wd. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, household, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
All promotional bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds must meet the stated playthrough before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
pos4wd reserves the right to request identity verification (KTP / Indonesian National ID, proof of address, and payment method verification) at any time. Withdrawals above specified thresholds require completed KYC before processing.
Any attempt to exploit system errors, use automated betting scripts, engage in arbitrage across markets, collude with other players, or manipulate bonus promotions is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pos4wd holds its international gaming licence. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in Section 14. Indonesia's local statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pos4wd ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on pos4wd, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must cease using the platform immediately.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 To register and maintain an Account on pos4wd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
2.2 The Platform is primarily designed and marketed for residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that your use of the Platform is consistent with all laws applicable in your country of residence. pos4wd assumes no legal responsibility for Players who access the Platform in violation of their local laws.
Age Verification: pos4wd employs automated and manual age-verification processes. If we are unable to verify that you are at least 21 years of age, we will suspend your Account pending satisfactory document submission. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 21 will be permanently closed and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method, less any transaction fees incurred.
3.1 To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.
3.2 Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account registration is free of charge. pos4wd does not charge an account-opening fee or monthly subscription fee.
3.4 pos4wd reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.
3.5 You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your Account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered details must be reported to our support team promptly.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. pos4wd strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not reused across other platforms.
4.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.
4.3 If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. pos4wd will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon verified notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
4.4 pos4wd will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any such request purportedly from pos4wd, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.
5.1 pos4wd accepts deposits via the following payment channels, subject to availability at the time of transaction:
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
5.3 Deposits made via bank transfer during banking hours (typically 07:00 – 21:00 WIB on business days) are credited to your Account wit hin minutes of confirmed receipt. Deposits initiated outside banking hours may be subject to delays of up to 60 minutes. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly, 24 hours a day.
5.4 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the remitting account belongs to another person — are not permitted and will be returned to the source account, less any applicable bank fees.
5.5 pos4wd does not charge a deposit fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which pos4wd accepts no responsibility.
5.6 In the event that a deposit is credited to your Account in error, you are obligated to notify support immediately. pos4wd reserves the right to reverse any erroneously credited amount at any time.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. Processing occurs during business hours of 08:00 – 20:00 WIB, seven days a week. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier.
6.3 Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. pos4wd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.4 The Company targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for verified accounts during business hours. While pos4wd makes every effort to meet this target, processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or in cases where additional verification is required.
6.5 Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of a disputed transaction. pos4wd will notify the Player of any hold and the reason therefor within a reasonable timeframe.
6.6 The Company reserves the right to charge a withdrawal processing fee for accounts that have not met the minimum activity requirements set out in the current fee schedule, which is available upon request from our support team.
KYC and Withdrawals: Accounts that have not completed identity verification may withdraw up to Rp 2.000.000 in aggregate. Beyond this threshold, full KYC documentation — including a clear copy of your KTP (Indonesian National ID Card) and a selfie with your KTP — is required before any further withdrawal will be processed.
7.1 pos4wd may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, seasonal offers (including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day specials), and other incentives to Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer.
7.2 Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:
7.3 pos4wd reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that bets already placed in good faith under the terms of an active promotion will be honoured.
7.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
8.1 All bets placed on the pos4wd platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), or sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting wagering) — as published within that product section of the Platform.
8.2 Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed at the time of wagering. pos4wd reserves the right to limit the maximum bet or maximum payout available to any individual Player at its sole discretion, including but not limited to Players who demonstrate consistent profitable betting patterns that suggest exploitation of pricing errors.
8.3 In the event of a manifest error in published odds, prices, or game outcomes — including but not limited to software malfunction, data feed errors, or human input error — pos4wd reserves the right to declare all affected bets void and refund stakes to Players' Balances. pos4wd's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.
8.4 For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for Indonesian football, BWF for badminton). In the absence of an official result, pos4wd's sports operations team will apply reasonable judgment, which shall be final.
8.5 Live betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, particularly during significant match events (goals, red cards, injuries, VAR reviews). Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pos4wd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 pos4wd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide Players with a suite of self-management tools accessible through the Account settings panel, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and a self-exclusion program.
10.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and may be set for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be locked and no new deposits will be accepted.
10.3 Players who believe that their gambling behaviour may be causing harm to themselves or others are encouraged to contact our 24/7 support team, who are trained to provide guidance on self-exclusion options and external support resources.
10.4 pos4wd enforces strict 21+ age verification. We do not knowingly permit minors to register or use the Platform. Parents and guardians are advised to use appropriate internet filtering software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

11.1 All content on the pos4wd Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of pos4wd or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
11.3 Any unauthorised use of pos4wd's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action for damages.
12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pos4wd makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pos4wd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to system outages, data loss, or third-party payment delays.
12.3 pos4wd's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits pos4wd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using the pos4wd Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. pos4wd accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred through normal, uninterrupted use of the Platform. Please play responsibly and within your means.
13.1 pos4wd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of that data for identity verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes.
13.3 pos4wd will not sell, rent, or commercially exploit your personal data to unaffiliated third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pos4wd holds its international gaming licence. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
14.2 In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pos4wd's support team at [email protected]. pos4wd will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
14.3 If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration administered by a recognised international arbitration institution. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
14.4 Nothing in this clause prevents pos4wd from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
14.5 Indonesian statutory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived by contract are not affected by this clause.
15.1 pos4wd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify Players by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where we hold a verified email address, by sending a notification email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining Balance before the effective date.
15.3 The version of the Terms published on the Platform at any given time is the version currently in force. Previous versions are archived and available upon written request to our support team.
